For seven years, Friends of the Children-SF Bay Area has proudly served the Bayview Hunters Point community. It’s been a privilege to walk alongside the inspiring youth and families in our program, and we’re grateful to have you with us on this journey. We're excited to share our first Annual Report, which highlights stories of resilience, growth, and impact that bring our mission to life— empowering youth with big dreams to overcome the greatest obstacles and unlock their full power and potential. Each youth we serve is a superhero, and at Friends of the Children-SF Bay Area, our dedicated Professional Mentors stand by them as their unwavering sidekick, offering love, guidance, and advocacy for 12+ years, no matter what.
