2022 No Matter What! Campaign Dear Friends of Friends: We have raised $2,225,000 toward our 2022 No Matter What! Campaign — exceeding our ambitious goal to raise $2,000,000! And we are not done yet. We are proud to serve 110 children. And the more we raise, the more children we can serve. Your donation today makes all the difference. As the centerpiece of this campaign, we hosted an in-person gala on May 12 at the SF Design Center that was a rousing success. While we’re delighted that we could get together once again with all of you despite COVID, the academic, emotional and economic effects of the pandemic will continue to burden the children and families we serve for a very long time. And that means our children need their mentors now more than ever! The youth in our program have grown immensely in their five years with us, and they are still soaking up the love, support, and guidance of their Mentors. Our mission is to support each child in owning their narrative and fulfilling their immense potential. They are scholars, skateboarders, and chefs. They are surfers, artists, and slime makers. And now they are graduates. We are looking forward to walking beside them for another seven years and attending their high school graduations in 2029!
