Dr. Richa Devgan brings over two decades of expertise in literacy development, pediatric speech-language pathology, and educational research. She is an educational specialist and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in language acquisition and reading disabilities. Holding a Ph.D. in Education (Reading) and dual master’s degrees in Linguistics and Speech-Language Pathology, Dr. Devgan has extensive clinical and pediatric experience across public and private institutions. Now, she leverages her deep research background and clinical expertise to advance educational equity and literacy programs.
