BOARD: Dr. Jackey Smith

Dr. Jackey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, healthcare operations leader, and native San Franciscan who grew up in Bayview-Hunters Point. He currently provides statewide leadership at Kaiser Permanente, with a career spanning behavioral health, care coordination, child welfare, higher eduction, regulatory compliance, and healthcare administration.

He holds a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) and Master of Social Work (MSW) and brings both lived experience and a clinical and systems perspective to his board service. His work is grounded in strengthening communities, expanding equitable access to care, and creating opportunities for people and families to thrive.
